What is ShopLinkr?

A short introduction to what ShopLinkr is and what you can do with it.

ShopLinkr is a WMS (warehouse management software) for webshops that lets you run your entire order processing, inventory management and shipping from a single platform. Whether you sell through your own webshop or through several sales channels at once, ShopLinkr brings everything together in one central place.

Processing orders

All your orders from all your sales channels come in automatically in ShopLinkr. From there you can process, pick, pack and ship them. You decide how you work: with or without bins, with a handheld scanner or manually, and with one or more packing stations.

Managing inventory

Track your inventory in real time across all your sales channels. ShopLinkr syncs your stock automatically, so you never sell more than you have in stock. You can work with warehouse locations, carry out stock counts and set up notifications when a product drops below a certain stock threshold.

Connecting multiple sales channels

Easily connect your webshops and marketplaces such as Shopify, WooCommerce, bol and Kaufland. Your products are imported into ShopLinkr and orders and inventory are synced automatically. That way you manage your warehouse from ShopLinkr and no longer have to log in to each platform separately.

Shipping with your favorite carrier

ShopLinkr integrates with carriers such as Sendcloud, MyParcel, DPD and more. Generate shipping labels and print them automatically with AutoPrint. You can choose the best shipping option per order, or have it done automatically with rules.

Insight into your performance

View reports on your product performance, inventory value and more. Discover which products sell best, which products never sell and how to optimize your warehouse layout with the ABC analysis.

Smart automation with rules

Set up rules that automatically carry out actions when a new order comes in. Think of automatically assigning a carrier, adding tags, flagging an order as high priority or postponing orders to the Wadden Islands.

Working together with your team

Working with more than one person? Invite colleagues and use roles and permissions to define exactly what everyone is allowed to do. Warehouse staff can log in quickly with a QR code and PIN.
