Support for pickup orders

With the rules feature you can automatically mark an order as a pickup order, for example based on the shipping method the customer chose.

Pickup orders are clearly marked on the orders page and while processing, so you see straight away that it is a pickup order.

You can also process these orders without choosing a shipping option. No shipping label is created and the process stays fully geared towards pickup.
