Replenish a backorder per order

When an order is on backorder, you can now replenish the stock for a specific product straight from the order. A button appears next to the order item that is on backorder, which lets you update the stock. ShopLinkr automatically determines whether stock should be moved or replenished and fills in the settings for you.

That gives you more control over which order is fulfilled first.
