Merge orders

From now on you can merge several orders.

When ShopLinkr detects that several open orders have the same delivery address, a notification appears automatically. You immediately see that these orders can be merged, which saves shipping costs and makes you work more efficiently in the warehouse.

You can also select and merge orders manually. That gives you full control over which orders are combined.

When merging, a new order is created with the type merged. The order items of the selected orders are bundled into that one new order.

In the merged order you clearly see which original orders are included.

This makes it possible to:

• Easily combine orders that were placed shortly after each other
• Select and merge specific orders yourself
• Bundle order items into one new order for processing

All original orders are linked to the merged order. Further processing, such as shipping, is handled from that single order. This makes for a more efficient pick and pack process and fewer manual steps in the warehouse.

Please note: a merged order can contain at most one bol VVB order. This is a limitation from bol.
