Automatic order merging

We received a lot of positive feedback on the order merging feature. Based on that we extended it further.

From now on orders can be merged automatically when ShopLinkr detects that several open orders have the same delivery address.

This means you no longer have to select and merge orders by hand, which leads to fewer manual steps and an even more efficient process in the warehouse.
