Yes, based on the shipping details of an order we request a shipping label from Innosend. You can adjust the address details manually if you wish.

What do I need to connect Innosend?

You connect Innosend with an API Key and API Secret. You find these in your Innosend account under Settings > Shops > Integration, and then enter them in ShopLinkr under Settings > Carriers.

Do I automatically get a track and trace when I create a label?

Yes, as soon as you create an Innosend label the matching track and trace is returned automatically in ShopLinkr.

Can I also ship abroad with Innosend?

Yes, with the Innosend integration you create labels for both domestic and international shipments.
