Are address details added to the shipping label automatically?

Yes, we request a shipping label from DPD based on an order's shipping details. You can adjust the address details manually if you want.

Can I connect my own DPD contract?

Yes. You connect the DPD contract you already have to ShopLinkr, so you keep your own rates and terms. There is nothing to renegotiate or set up again.

What details do I need to connect DPD?

You need Shipper WS login details (a username and password) from DPD's CustomerIT department. You can request these via customerit@dpd.nl.

Does the track and trace come back into ShopLinkr automatically?

Yes. After the label is created, the track and trace is synced back to the order automatically, so you don't have to copy it over by hand.

Can I choose DPD pickup points when shipping?

Yes, you can use DPD pickup locations straight from your order flow alongside a regular shipping label.
