Stock counts

From now on you can carry out a full stock count within ShopLinkr. This is a big step towards better stock management, more control and fewer mistakes in the warehouse.

With this new feature you can:

• Scan or select products per location quickly and efficiently
• Compare physical quantities with the current stock in ShopLinkr
• Link locations to products automatically when they were not linked yet
• See which products are missing at the location and may have been booked or moved incorrectly
• Correct your stock right away at the push of a button

How does it work?

• Start a new stock count and scan or select one or more locations.
• You see a list of the expected products, but you can also scan products that are not registered on that location yet.
• While counting you immediately see differences between what is expected and what you actually counted.
• Scanned everything? Then you save the count and the stock is updated right away.

You will find Stock counts under Products → Stock counts.

This feature is ideal for periodic checks, year-end closing or simply when you want to be completely sure of your stock again.
