Search orders by customer name!

You can now search orders by customer name. Type a first name, last name or full name in the search bar on the orders page and you will instantly see every matching order. Part of the name is enough, and accents do not matter: searching for "muller" also finds "Müller".

Handy when a customer calls and you do not have the order number at hand. This works for all your orders, including orders placed before this update.
