Invoices in English

Invoices are now created in English automatically when the country in the invoice details is not the Netherlands. Customers in the Netherlands still get their invoices in Dutch. That makes things clearer and easier for customers outside the Netherlands.

English invoices are uploaded automatically to platforms such as bol, for example.
