Improved profit overview

From now on you get an even more complete picture of your profit per order. ShopLinkr now also takes over the shipping costs the customer paid through your webshop. Any discounts are included in the calculation automatically, and commission costs are now calculated with the correct VAT rate. That way your margins add up and you get better insight into your real profit.
