Backorders

We launched a great new feature for you: backorders. 🎉

With backorders you can keep selling products, even when you do not have them in stock yet. On your sales channel the product stays available. When an order is sold as a backorder, it gets the status “backorder”. As soon as you add stock again, the status automatically changes to “open”.

Switch it on in your company settings.
