Archiving and restoring products

Archiving products has been extended with new logic and extra checks.

What is new:

• You can now easily restore archived products (un-archive)
• When you archive a product, all bundle relations are removed automatically

Important conditions: a product can only be archived when:

• Its stock is zero
• The product does not appear in any open orders

Extra behaviour: is the product itself a bundle? Then it is unbundled automatically when archived.

Why this matters:
It prevents inconsistent stock and errors in bundles. At the same time your data stays clean and logical, without archived products still affecting active processes.
