Activities

Every order and product now has an Activity tab. It shows what changed, when it happened and who did it. As soon as you click a change, you see the old value next to the new one, field by field: an adjusted quantity on an order line, new dimensions or a changed address.

For an order you also see every step of the handling. You read when it was added to a picklist and when that picklist was completed, and which batch it was finally processed in. If it was postponed or moved to backorder, the reason is there too.

If the system made the change, no name is shown. So you can tell at a glance whether someone changed something or it happened automatically.

Together that gives you a complete overview of everything that happened to an order or a product. When something goes wrong, you find out where and when a lot faster.
