    WooCommerce has no EAN field by default. We support the EAN Barcode Generator plugin from WPFactory. No EAN? Then ShopLinkr uses your SKU field as a fallback.

  3. Step 3

    Add bol

    Open your bol sales account and authorize ShopLinkr in a few clicks. Your listings are pulled in and matched with your WooCommerce products on EAN.

  4. Step 4

    Sync is live

    Done. From now on, stock and orders run between both channels through ShopLinkr. You handle everything from one environment, and your warehouse no longer notices the difference between channels.

What WooCommerce shops often ask

Do I need a special WooCommerce plugin?

Yes, to let your shop talk to ShopLinkr you install our WooCommerce plugin. It pulls in orders and pushes stock updates back. For EAN codes we recommend the "EAN Barcode Generator for WooCommerce" plugin from WPFactory, because WooCommerce itself has no EAN field.

What if my products have no EAN?

Then ShopLinkr falls back on the SKU field for matching. One thing to note: products without an EAN and without an SKU are not imported, because we cannot reliably link them to a bol listing in that case.

Does the connection work with WooCommerce variations?

Yes. Each variation is treated as a separate SKU and gets its own stock level on bol. As long as every variation has a unique EAN or SKU, we can match them without any trouble.
